A Garden Walk

I met fellow blogger, Sharon at Chutney Garden, and she took me on a tour of Christopher Talma's garden, in Santa Cruz, Trinidad. Lush and lovely.
Fragrant Hedychium

Striking heleconia and anthurium lily

Pomerac=luscious tropical fruit

I love these bronze leaves backlit by the sunlight

Fishpond

Powderpuff

Very old pandanus cascading down

Bromeliads

Tira,
I am amazed by the amount of shots that you got. It was so nice meeting you. Please call me next time you come. We have to go and visit Sandy Gibson and get some shots of the orchids.
How is your potrot? Did he miss you?

Dear Nicole, meeting a fellow blogger must be a wonderful experience...that too in such lush, beatiful garden! How I envy you...

We celebrated Diwali on November 4.My Diwali post might interest you, as Diwali is one of the main festivals of Trinidad too.

Amazing colours and flowers! I envy your tropical climate. I did grow a spectacular hedychium in my greenhouse this Summer, I brought back some roots from Madeira.

Such wonderful photos , as always, Nicole. the last one of the landscape reminded me of the vegetation around Victoria Peak in Hong Kong.

Nicole, those pictures are beautiful. We get together regularly with our garden forum friends over here. It is lots of fun meeting gardening friends in "real life". Take care, Andrea
