Had to laugh at the "tomatoes I didn't get to eat"! I recall drooling over your tomatoes back in Feb. when I first discovered your blog! This morning I was looking at the roses we inherited and cursing them for all their black spot, aphids and rust. I hate plants that are so fussy. Your rose is gorgeous. I bet it's the name. What bug would mess with the devil's rose? We planted a French lettuce called "oreilles du diable" and it's the only one that the bugs have left in peace.

It's good to see a few at home photos, too, Nicole. Isn't it hard to be away for a month at a time...especially at tomato time? (Does PottRott punish you for leaving?)
The touring gene is apparently missing in me. If I go away for one week it takes a month to get over the trip! But you seem to be a natural traveler, not just an experienced one, so I love to visit the world via your photos of those exotic places.

Thank you for leaving that list of passalong plants - it was fun to see.
